01Introduction

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to the Undefeated game, Weekly League, Versus, Trivia and related websites (the "Game"), operated by PassPass LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or playing the Game you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

You have the right to review the personal information we hold about you and to request its correction.

The Game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact [legal@passpassarcade.com] and we will delete it.

02Information We Collect and Why

Account information. When you register, we collect your email address, password (stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider), handle and optional profile picture. If you sign in with Google or another third-party provider, we receive your name, email address, profile picture and a unique identifier from that provider. We never receive your password for that provider, and its handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.

Gameplay information. Drafts, player picks, re-rolls, decades played, simulated season results, Weekly League lineups and points, Versus rosters and match results, Trivia runs and scores, records, achievements, leaderboard standings, and your permanent random tiebreaker number.

Prize and membership information. If you are eligible to receive a prize, we collect the information needed to verify eligibility and pay you, such as your legal name, date of birth, mailing address, state of residence, payment details and, where required by law, tax information (for example, an IRS Form W-9). We also record whether your account is linked to a PassPass Arcade membership.

Device and usage information. IP address, approximate location derived from it, device type, operating system, browser, language, time and date of access, and actions taken in the Game.

Information you send us. The content of your messages, support requests and feedback.

Device storage. We store settings on your device, such as sound and music volume, tutorial progress, "don't ask again" choices and best Trivia scores.

We use this information to: provide and operate the Game; create and secure your Account; display your handle, picture, scores and rankings on leaderboards and in Versus; run, score and verify the Weekly League and the Undefeated Challenge; verify prize eligibility and pay prizes; screen profile pictures for inappropriate content; detect and prevent cheating, fraud and multiple accounts; comply with legal and tax obligations; respond to support requests; send service-related messages; and maintain and improve the Game.

You are not legally required to give us this information, but without it we cannot provide certain features, verify eligibility or pay prizes.

03Sources of Information

• Directly from you, when you register, play, contact us or claim a prize.
• From the third-party sign-in provider you choose, such as Google.
• From PassPass Arcade, to confirm membership status.
• From service providers that help us operate the Game.
• Automatically, from the device you use to access the Game.

04Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below or with your consent.

• Service providers: hosting, database, authentication, content moderation, analytics, AI and payment providers that process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services to us.
• Other Players and the public: your handle, profile picture, scores, results, rosters and rankings appear on leaderboards and in Versus. Prize winners' handles may be published as described in the Official Prize Rules.
• Legal obligations: with authorities, legal counsel and advisors where required by law, regulation, tax rules or legal process, or to investigate and prevent fraud, cheating or violations of our Terms.
• Business transfers: with affiliates, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business.

05Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and device storage that are necessary to keep you signed in, remember your settings and keep the Game secure. [If analytics or advertising cookies are added, describe them here and add a consent mechanism where required.]

06Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Game, and as long as needed to:

• Provide the Game while you use it;
• Comply with legal, tax and prize-record obligations;
• Resolve disputes, maintain security and integrity, establish and defend legal claims and enforce our agreements.

07Deleting Your Account and Data

You may request deletion of your Account and associated personal information, including information received from Google or another sign-in provider, at any time by writing to [legal@passpassarcade.com] from the email address linked to your Account.

We will verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days, except where we must keep certain information to comply with legal or tax obligations (for example, prize payment records) or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Gameplay statistics may be kept in aggregated or de-identified form that no longer identifies you, for analytics, game balancing and improvement.

08Data Security

We use measures designed to reduce the risk of loss, misuse and unauthorized access, such as HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, access controls and server-side validation of game results. No method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09Additional Information for U.S. Residents

Depending on your state (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or Utah), you may have the right to: know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; access and receive a copy of it; correct it; delete it; and opt out of its sale, sharing for targeted advertising, or profiling. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Categories we collect: identifiers (email, handle, IP address, account ID); customer records (name, address and payment details for prize winners); characteristics (age confirmation); internet activity (gameplay and usage); approximate geolocation; and inferences limited to game skill and rankings. Sensitive information (such as tax ID numbers) is collected only from prize winners where required by law and used only for that purpose.

10Additional Information for Individuals in the EU or UK

PassPass LLC is the data controller for personal information collected through the Game. Our legal bases are: performance of our contract with you (providing the Game and prizes); our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, leaderboards, improving the Game); legal obligations (tax and prize records); and consent where required (for non-essential cookies).

You have the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your personal information, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Information is transferred to the United States under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Prizes are offered only to eligible U.S. residents as described in the Official Prize Rules.

11Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify registered Players by email or in the Game. Continuing to use the Game after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.
